Before & After...

I promised a few folks that after I got the deck done, I would show it off. It's been done for a while now (this summer) and I never posted anything. I had a picture in my mind of what I wanted, drew it out, and built it to scale. Here are some before and after shots!

I had a lot of fun designing and building the deck...of course with my son Stephan's help! I can't wait to get the house that Steph and I want so I can do a lot more of this kind of thing. Thanks for letting me share.

Last night was Stephan's first school choir concert of the year. I tried to get some pictures of him in his choir robe, but just took a picture of the back of the lady's head sitting in front of me! Steph hasn't snorted like that in a long time after seeing the picture. Here are a couple of Stephan and I after the concert (as you can see, he quickly ditched the robe)!
